About this School Project (Spring Nests)
1st and 2nd graders created Spring Nests using red clay or buff clay. They learned how to wedge their clay, make a pinch pot form, add texture to their nest and then many created something to go inside, too. Acrylic paints were use to add color after the clay was fired.
