About this School Project (Printmaking City)
Artists painted the top half of their paper with warm watercolors and the bottom with cool colors. Next, they engraved their city skyline onto a styrofoam printing plate. Lastly, block printing ink was rolled onto their printing plate and then pressed onto their background to create the skyline and reflection.
