About this School Project (Softcut Prints)
Students designed and carved a printing plate out of a soft cut material then worked through the process of printing their design. The printmaking process requires careful observation and problem solving as getting just the right amount of ink smoothly over the entire printing plate is necessary to get a good quality print.
