Artist Statement (what Abel3423 said about their artwork)
My art is a lily pad that I created using the slab roller.
If I could add something to this artwork, I would add a lily pad flower. I thought about adding one, but I didn't want to take too much time on it because I'm already behind.
If I could change something about my art, I would make it less circular and more leaf-like.
I would like to learn how to paint better and add more details.
I really liked how easy the slab roller made this project and definitely would use it again for future projects.
About this School Project (Averill - Ceramics)
For this project, students used clay to create a sturdy, well-constructed artwork. They were required to include extra design elements as well as paint or glaze the final project.
