About this School Project (Howardena Pindell Collage)
The students learned about abstract art and collage as they recreated the work of Howardena Pindell. They started by covering a white sheet of cardstock with tempera paints and oil pastels. Then they cut different sized circles out of the colored paper and reassembled the cut circles on a sheet of plan white paper.
