About this School Project (Celebrity Portrait)
In this unit we learned how to use the grid method to draw and enlarge our sketches to correct proportions. We practiced adding value and using different blending techniques. We also did a small study on the features of the face. The final project was to create a portrait of a celebrity or personal hero using graphite drawing pencils.
