About this School Project (Watercolor Pencils- Showing Distance)
Students created a drawing showing distance by illustrating a horizon line (the divide between the sky and the ground). They chose one thing that was easy to draw and drew it three times: large, medium, and small, to show how things look bigger close up and smaller farther away. They then had the opportunity to color their artwork with watercolor pencils and add water to turn it into paint!
