Artist Statement (what Jonathan27639 said about their artwork)
The difference between additive and subtractive techniques are additive techniques add material that can help with making stuff, and subtractive techniques are techniques using hole blocks and and scaling down. My instrument project sounds by making the batter head made out of the right material, and the wall thickness being 0.9 millimeters which is perfect would project sound from under the drum and makes it vibrate and escape from under the dram. I think my drum would work, since mine isn't printed.
