About this School Project (Alexander Calder inspired project)
Students learned about artist Alexander Calder, often called Sandy, and his love of sculpture and contour drawings. Students drew a quick sketch of themselves, a sketch of themselves without picking up the marker, and a drawing of themselves without looking, then used primary colors to watercolor their project. Students stretched and explored this project like artists.
