About this School Project (1st - Piet Mondrian Inspired Art)
Students learned about Piet Mondrian and looked at his various artworks. Students then used styrofoam dippers and black paint. They mimicked Mondrian's usage of thick and thins lines as well as creating squares of various sizes. The following week, they used red, blue and yellow paint to create Mondrian's signature color usage.
