About this School Project (Neon Hearts)
Students will use chalk pastels to create 25 to 30 different sizes and colors of hearts. They will trace their heart three times, smooth them out any excess chalk particles. Then they will use white chalk, pastels to create highlights, blending the white in to create slightly different tents of their colors to give the appearance of neon glowing hearts.
