About this School Project (Thiebaud Inspired Cakes 2025)
Students wrapped up their study of Form. Form is any three dimensional piece of art. The students learned how to correctly draw cylinders to give the illusion of being three dimensional. Afterward, the students were introduced to Wayne Thiebaud, an American artist famous for painting desserts. The students then drew cakes inspired by Thiebaud. Each student learned how to decorate their cake to enhance the "form" and "three dimensionality" of their delicious creation. Finally, they used crayons and paint to complete the project.
