About this School Project (Skin Tone Heart)
The students learned that brown is a color made by mixing all three primary colors. A color made with all three primary colors is a tertiary color. Brown can also become lighter and darker if mixed with black and/or white (value). The students explored all the different colors of brown, similar in color to our skin tones. Then they created a collage heart by gluing different brown construction paper squares together.
