About this School Project (Hands 2nd)
Students have been learning about bones, the human skeleton, in their home room class. We discussed the bones in our hands, how they move and how many bones we have. Some students said we have one bone in each finger, but as they now know we have 3 in each finger and 2 in each thumb (phalanges). These bones join to our hand bones (metacarpals) which then connect to the small bones that make connection to the arm bones (carpals). We tried our best to draw these bones and then added color.
