About this School Project (3rd Grade: Clay Food Sculptures)
Third grade artists have explored different ways to create visual textures on 2D projects, but it was time to get the clay out to explore creating physical textures that you can touch and feel on a 3D project. Students were introduced to artists who create food inspired art, then got busy planning their own ideas. Students were challenged to create realistic sculptures--focusing on form, texture, details and colors.
