Artist Statement (what Alicia4004 said about their artwork)
The thing that I was grateful for was my parents. I thought of one thing specifically about what they do to put on the token and that was the fact that they take care of our two dogs and make them safe, feed them and how every night they walk the dogs to make sure they are happy. To express that one specific thing I was grateful for I put paw prints onto the token. I gave my tokens to my mom and dad. Their reaction was that they were very surprised and happy that a took time to make something for them.
