Artist Statement (what Elise6064 said about their artwork)
This sculpture was made to represent the moral of my story: “If you go into a task with a good attitude, there is a good chance the outcome will be better than if you go in with a negative attitude.” These ways to represent morals were made using the pages of books, cut and shaped into the desired 3D picture. The swimming person at the bottom is made to represent me and the sport that I do and love.
This was a very difficult piece to make because there were a lot of very small, very delicate things to make, and I kept burning myself with the hot glue gun. Overall, I am very proud of this 3D picture.
