Artist Statement (what Malick71 said about their artwork)
The element of art we used the most was color and we used oil pastels for color in our artwork. We used lines in the outlines of the characters color and shapes. The A.T.L we used was ''creating by imitating others'' and we practiced this by creating a different version of Scream using Chuck Close's grid method. First we practiced the grid method , then we picked which art remix we wanted to do. After that we got a part of the artwork to recreate using the oil pastels. lastly we sorted them and put them together like a puzzle. We did ok because even though we did this blind some parts were ok and some parts were not because we didn't know what part of the painting we were doing.
