About this School Project (1st/2nd Grade - Santa's from Around the World)
For this project, students learned about how Santa is represented in different countries around the world. After drawing Santa, each student was assigned a different country and used the colors and/or patterns representing that country, to color him in. We also discussed variances in skin tones around the world, and students used the skin tone shade that most closely reflected the Santa image for their country, to color the skin.
