About this School Project (3rd: Birch Trees (Worms Eye View))
Students learned about creating the illusion of space with these perspective birch tree paintings! We went over what a birds eye view is and students learned that the opposite of a birds eye view is a worms eye view. We drew birch trees as if we were at the bottom of the tree looking up at it. Students looked at pictures of birch trees to add shadows and highlights to their trees and we used watercolor to paint the leaves and sky!
