PROJECT
Create a pumpkin and sunflower still-life that incorporates the watercolor techniques presented in this unit: bleeding and watercolor pencils.
OBJECTIVES
1. Begin to understand the meaning of still-life in art
2. Begin to differentiate the parts of a picture: background, middleground, and foreground
3. Build skill with observational and simple-shape drawing
4. Build skill with watercolor and watercolor pencil techniques
5. Develop fine motor skills with scissor cutting
