Artist Statement (what William47379 said about their artwork)

I use black paper and i cut a circle and i had a big piece of black paper and i drew a city of the circle and i put pant on a plan paper and I cut out the planet and glued it on the black paper and I glued the city on it and I put a sticky aluminum foil underneath the city my faves are the planets and making the city think I improved working on the city and planets
