About this School Project (Van Gogh Sunflowers)
Before we started painting we learned about Vincent Van Gogh and his expressive lines. We also learned about using lines to create movement in an artwork. These sunflower paintings were inspired by Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting. We painted on black paper to help create the nighttime feel of another of Van Gogh’s famous paintings, The Starry Night.
