Artist Statement (what Ayven77 said about their artwork)
open Pixlr.
Import photo of someone with hair.
Create a new blank layer.
Select hair using the lasso tool.
Select a new color for the hair with the color selector tool.
Click ok once you have your color.
Select the brush tool to paint over the hair.
Click Edit ? Deselect all
Click the layer adjustment button.
Change the blend mode of the normal layer to overlay.
Adjust opacity to your liking.
Click Adjustment Tab and modify color to your liking using those tools (like the Curves).
Change mode to overlay.
Click the eraser, zoom in, change brush size, and clean up color around face.
Right click the top layer and select Merge down to create one layer.
Right click and duplicate the layer if you want to replace the color.
Use the Replace Color tool to quickly swap out one color to another.
Select the other color then brush it over the hair.
Erase clean up
