Artist Statement (what ANDI836 said about their artwork)
My artwork is called Its Fall Time because this piece of artwork reminds me of a fall card. It is a fall tree showing the different colors and designing of the tree. The meaning behind this work was to help show the true value in a fall tree. What inspired me was to not only do the artwork I was assigned but also I enjoyed making a calm picture. The elements I used were color value and line, and the media products I used were water color paint and water. A process I used was the sponge process, you lightly dab the paper with a sponge and it creates a different texture. A challenge I had to overcome was learning how to make clusters of leaves instead of making it all one. My overall thoughts over my artwork is its cute and I do like it. I can use multiple endeavors to create an artwork using watercolor techniques.
