About this School Project (Kindergarten - Highlighters on Strike)
We read the book, Highlighters on Strike and then we created out own highlighter characters. Next we talked about all the different types of line. We listened and danced to The Line Song and we read the book, Lines That Wiggle! Then we created our own line backgrounds with neon Kwik Stix. Lastly, we talked about how highlighters and neon colors glow under the black lights. Then the students were able to explore their artwork and the art room with black light flashlights!
