About this School Project (Amelia Pelaez Inspired Painting)
In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the students learned about Cuban painter Amelia Pelaez and created their own painting inspired by the artists use of organic shapes and lines. The students started by painting organic shapes in 3 colors and then painted over those shapes with black lines to create a vase with flowers.
