About this School Project (Crazy Hair Day)
Barney Saltzberg is a children's author and illustrator, and students listened to Barney read the story "Crazy Hair Day" in class. "Crazy Hair Day" is about a boy named Stanley who thought it was crazy hair day at school, but after he arrived with pointy, colorful hair, he discovered it was picture day instead. Students drew the best face possible, colored it, then added CRAZY hair using paper strips and our friends known as lines.
