About this School Project (Be You)
All artists in our school participated in this project inspired by the book, Be You by Peter H. Reynolds. Artists reflected on their strengths and challenges last year. Then they chose a goal to BE their best selves this year. They wrote their name and goal and created a self portrait with oil pastel and then painted over their design with watery tempera, using wax resist.
