About this School Project (6-Olympic Hands)
Students are learning about prehistoric cultures in their Social Studies class so in art we looked prehistoric artwork. Students created artwork like prehistoric man created hand stencil images found on cave walls; students used watercolor spray paint to create stencils of their own hands. Then students were challenged to use their choice of media to create a work of art that reflected the Olympic Games.
