I folded the paper and used a light box to trace the designs to make everything symmetrical. I used different colors to make each design stand out.
About this School Project (Radial Symmetry Names)
Students will create a radially symmetrical design using their name and a color relationship.
5 points = folding (follow steps, as precisely as possible)
5 points = drawing name (3 bubble letters, touch top and bottom of triangle, open on edges)
5 points = tracing name (following steps, symmetrically)
5 points = coloring with colored pencils (or alternate medium) using skills: layering, coloring fully and neatly, color mixing in at least 1 area, symmetrical
5 points = applying approved color relationship correctly
