About this School Project (Neurographic)
Neurographic art is a therapeutic way to approach artwork and calm your brain. It allows the mind to sort of get lost in the process and less about the outcome. This particular use of art therapy is good for all ages 5 to 95. The simple process of just moving your pin around the paper and then eliminating any sharp corners gives your mind something productive to do without thinking too much.
