About this School Project (Van Gogh Sunflowers: Grade 4)
Students observed real and silk sunflowers after learning about Vincent Van Gogh. Students drew a vase of sunflowers using pencil before adding clear glue over the lines and shapes. Once dry, students used chalk and added vibrant colors to the line designs and patterns within their vases and flowers. Students were encouraged to use analogous colors on their vases and flowers before coloring their backgrounds with colors of their choice.
