Artist Statement (what Jake18270 said about their artwork)

This artwork was very fun but hard to make. I took a photo of some shapes and adjusted them and moving the light to move the shadows and i drew it out using my materials. This drawing looks very quiet and still. My favorite part of this project was the shadows.

About this School Project (Form Still-Life)

Drawing students used graphite and charcoal to practice value. They took their own photo using harsh lighting and designing their own composition with the forms.
