Artist Statement (what Frederick1254 said about their artwork)
MY favoite element of art that i did was line because it was easy and fun.For shape I cut out paper and put it in the same order as my drawing.For color I used some warm colors on the inside and used cool colors on the outside.For value I shaded the inside and left white space on the top right corner to make look like its popping out.For form I Made th box 3d and shaded it to make it look like its 3d on the paper.For space I colored it and i put a big sun in the background to make it look like there is a big picture behind the box.And for texture I put a texture decal on the back of the paper And I evenly distrubuted warm and cool colores throught the paper. And my favorite element to portray on this art work was SHape because i liked how creative it was with the paper cut up and i made it into the drawing i made.A concept i learned while making this was how to correctly do a texture picture i also leared how to use a tortilla to make my artwork pop out the paper.So first I got a notecard and i put a picture of something from my favortite video game and i printed it trought the big paper and i did diffrent elements of art throught the paper.
About this School Project (Elements of Art Review)
8th Grade students picked a Silhouette to incorporate into each panel of their artwork to showcase the 7 different elements of Art.
Students reviewed Line, Shape, Color, Texture, Value, Form and Space within the 7 panels.
