About this School Project (5-C Van Gogh inspired Flower Paintings)
After viewing several of Van Gogh's paintings of flowers and noting his unique style of painting, students selected a Van Gogh painting to emulate. Most of the students chose one of the sunflower paintings, a few chose the irises, and a few others found another Van Gogh painting for inspiration. It was a blast to paint in his style and try to incorporate texture into the paintings.
