About this School Project (Bearing Good Fruit)
First and Second Grades learned about still lifes with Paul Cezanne, then created a still life collage of a bowl of grapes. We began with contour lines of a real bowl of grapes, closely observing their shapes and lines. Our grapes were great practice in cutting curves, and now we know the secret to making them look 3D--highlights and shadows.
