About this School Project (Starry Night Mixed Media)
Kindergarten students looked at and discussed Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh! We talked about his use of thick paint, texture, lines, and color! We used tempera paint to add a beautiful sky on our paper and dashed lines to look like his paint strokes. Our next two classes were spent using cut paper to create the hills, the cypress tree, and a village down below!
