About this School Project (Cubism Self-Portraits)
Students will look at and study the cubism works of Piccasso. We will then discuss the cubism self portrait. The goal will be to have one half of their face to appear in profile while the other half of the face is looking forward. Then they will create a background of a simple shape that repeats in a variety of sizes. Each shape will be colored in differently. Once the background is complete the students will gle their self portrait onto their background.
