About this School Project (45 Creature Stuffies)
Students began this Fiber Arts lesson to create their own imaginative stuffie. To make this happen, the LSS PTO granted funds for materials and many donations were given via Buy Nothing Westborough.
Students began by cutting out their felt body shapes and then glued on their details. Next, students learned how to thread an needle and knot their embroidery thread. Next, they learned a variety of stitches to add detail to their creature. Lastly, they stuffed and sewed the outside to have a complete form.
