Artist Statement (what Kate6616 said about their artwork)
I came up with the idea for this project because at the beginning of the 2nd semester Mrs. Falcon was describing how to do each of the projects and she was describing this one and it came to my head that I was going to do pink Mickey Mouse. I made this project by drawing Mickey Mouse and then painting the canvas all white after that I started to paint the ombre part, after it dried I put tape on it so I could start painting the pink part after that dried I peeled the tape off and did touch ups.
