Artist Statement (what Quinton1927 said about their artwork)
I was assigned to China and I've noticed while looking through the traditional parts of its art that they really admire the koi fish is art is used in days in life to represent their koi fish something are used in the elements of art was definitely shaped value and probably color because the red one represents like happiness and the dark one represents like darkness. Also the materials that were used were watercolor pencils and that's probably it the history behind this art is and the koi's fish
symbolization was to protect and the dragon gate or seen there. Something I would do in the future is probably add maybe more detail. Something that was definitely interesting in there. Also a lot of dragons and they always put stamps on the art to see who owns it
