About this School Project (Warhol inspired Flowers)
First grade students were introduced to American artist Andy Warhol and Pop Art. Then students created a flower composition inspired by Warhol's silkscreen flower prints. Students used cardboard dipped in various green paints to create a printed background for the flat flowers which creates a nice contrast like Warhol's prints.
