About this School Project (My pet ostrich 1st grade)
After reading "Do Not Wish For a Pet Ostrich!" by Sarina Siebenaler, students created their own pet ostrich. I showed them how to draw the beak and eyes but encouraged students to make it their own. I absolutely love all the personalities that show in each of their drawings.
