About this School Project (3rd grade Pop Art Donuts Painting)
Students learned about Pop art. We looked at artists such as Andy Warhol, Wayne Thiebaud, and Peter Anton. They stamped donuts on their papers with paint and a section from a pool noodle. The next week they added the frosting and painted different sprinkles, patterns and designs on their donuts. They also added a shadow to give their donuts a 3D look.
