About this School Project (1st Grade Abstract Picasso Portraits)
Students absolutely LOVE looking at and talking about the abstract portraits created by Pablo Picasso. They learn how to differentiate between realistic art and abstract art.
Once they sketch out some practice portraits, they created a final abstract portrait using construction paper crayons and the art form of collage.
