About this School Project (Winter landscape reflection)
Students learned alot in this piece! First we talked about landscape. Students also learned about reflection, pointilism (shading with dots), and perspective. They understood that objects appear smaller the farther away they get. They drew a wintery landscape using only half the page. They used marker for their material. When it was time to make the reflection, they wet sponged the opposite side to print the marker from their drawing. Students made a frame and added chalk pastel.
