About this School Project (4th grade Paper Dolls)
We have been learning about the Lunar New Year celebrated in many Asian countries. I brought back a paper doll from my trip to Japan. Students looked at traditional clothing worn in Japan and China. We learned about Kimonos, the traditional outfit in Japan. They created a paper doll. It could be of themselves or like a person from Japan. They added details and a background.
