About this School Project (Abstract Painting (2nd Grade))
The students learned about the artwork of Wassily Kandinsky, the first abstract artist. They learned about how he used line, shape and color to create his music-inspired artwork. They used black paint to create their own abstract paintings, and then added watercolor on top.
