About this School Project (1st Grade Watercolor)
First grade has been working on a watercolor paining unit, students have learned different types of watercolor paint (liquid watercolors or pallet watercolors), along with different ways of using it. Students have done crayon and oil pastel resist and even have added salt to their paintings to create texture and produce a unique effect. This penguin project was done with oil pastel, liquid watercolors and salt.
